Baadshaho Song Socha Hai: Emraan Hashmi & Esha Gupta Recreate Deewaar's Keh Doon Tumhe

The makers of Baadshaho have come up with the third song (Rakshe Qamar & Piya More) from the film Socha Hai, which is a recreated version of the song Keh Doon Tumhe from Deewaar (1975).

Emraan Hashmi and Esha Gupta are seen romancing in complete retro style. Sung by Jubin Nautiyal and Neeti Mohan, the song has been recreated by Tanishq Bagchi on Manoj Muntashir's lyrics.

The good part about this song is that it has kept the tune of the yesteryear song intact. Fortunately, they haven’t experimented with rapping, which seems to have become remixes’ staple. In fact, the song begins with the disclaimer 'Bina Rap Wala Remix'.

Last evening, Emraan took to social media to share a sneak peek. Check it out:

To talk of the movie, the trailer was released a few weeks back and showcased six bada**es – Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’Cruz, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Vidyut Jammwal and Sanjay Mishra all set to steal the gold treasure in 96 hours.

Baadshaho’s trailer was attached with Salman Khan’s Tubelight and also with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Harry Met Sejal.

The star cast of the film underwent several changes since the project was announced. While Shruti Haasan was initially roped in to play one of the female leads, the actress opted out of the movie. It was reported that she found the final script too intense for her liking.

The film is set against the backdrop of 1975 Emergency and will hit theatres on September 1. It is set to clash with Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
